To create an agenda in Mindfulmeets first create a meeting in Google Calendar.
In the meeting details, a purple button will display the text “Include Mindful Agenda”, click on the button to add in your agenda.
The Mindful Agenda will be pre-filled with some suggestions for your meeting – “Hello & Introduction, Subject, Overview & Goodbye.”
You can add a further row by clicking the purple +Add row button
You can customize or edit the rows including editing or adjust the row titles and the start times.
If your meeting agenda is unbalanced then, Mindfulmeets will suggest changes to your meeting agenda.
